Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

My blood pressure keeps raising this evening, I am on two different types of medications for blood pressure my blood pressure readings were147 over 107, 157 over 106, 154 over 104. Should I seek medical attention? It has been consistently running high for a few weeks now.

avoid more salt intake in diet.daily go for a walk.reduce your blood cholestrol.take 2 tablets of amlodipine if you find sudden increase in blood pressure.
