Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

I m 37 with family history of heart problems. I recently went to Dr for checkup and blood work and my triglycerides were 157! My blood pressure too suddenly jumped to dangerously high levels. I have been taking 100mg of losarten and 25mg of hctz. Over last 2 weeks bp has been in the 124/89 range.and sometimes higher. Today was normal till this evening. I took my bp and it was 97/58. Should I be concerned

if your blood pressure is suddenly crashing so low please re visit your physician and ask them to modify the medication you are on
