I m 23 yrs old with my first baby on the way. I ve used a blood pressure monitor and tracked my blood pressure the past couple nights... My readings were roughly 154/106 and like 120/90... Mind you both nights I had 2 beers prior to the test. I also get really nervous when I take the tests as I get worried sort of like anxiety. I m just worried... I don t want to have a stroke and die.... I want to raise my baby... I m scared. My diet isnt overly poor. I m 5 7 160lb avg to athletic build... Due to the affordable healthcare act I can t afford healthcare as deductibles are too high... What can I do... Am I at risk of serious health conditions...?
