In the last 3 weeks or so I have been experiencing sudden bursts of headache . I rarely ever have a headache. I am 50. Yes, high blood pressure. work 11 hrs. per day as a chef, constantly on my feet. The other weird thing is my right eyelid has been twitching, HARD, on and off for the same amount of time...3-4 weeks.

Hi welcome to HCM.
High blood pressure in your case needs to be thoroughly evaluated before proceeding to treatment aspect.I advise you to have a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional screening echocardiogram to rule out organic heart disease.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6 gm/day.Reduce the total no of work hours.Maintain blood pressure under 125/80 mm of Hg.Drugs like beta blockers and calcium channel blockers will help to reduce the blood pressure to normalcy.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you.
