Suggest Treatment For High Blood Glucose Levels During Pregnancy?

Hi,I m 30 weeks pregnant and before going for glucose test in morning I had a cup of almond milk and reports showed my blood glucose level is 245,it is high but is there a chance of tolerance test being negative for me.is it harmful for the baby at this stage too?
Is it too late,can things be worked out

I understand your concern.
If you have tested your blood glucose within 1.5 hours of taking almond milk, it will show high readind. Please get your glucose tollarance test done. In case it shows higher than normal report, you need to take care of it by-
- dietary control- stop taking sweet, high carbohydrates/fat diet.
-Increase physical activities,
Check the level again, you may get it corrected with self efforts./ you may need medicinal support to control.
Yes, it is a must to keep your sugar in control throughout the pregnancy whenever detected FOR FETAL DEVELOPMENT/ DELIVERY/ RECOVERY FROM LABOR.pLEASE DO NOT WORRY, TAKING CARE IS MORE IMPORTANT.
