Hi I can understand your concern ....

Your provisional diagnosis : subclinical hypothyroidism

You are having high TSH and normsl hormone level t3, t4 so saying it might be subclinical hypothyroidism...

The causes should be ruled out like .....
-goitrogens
-iodine deficiency
-hashimoto thyroiditis etc....

If needed biopsy taken for histopath examination ....

Your TSH must maintain between 2 to 3 ..
Here it is high ...

So start regular levothyroxine tablet. ......
Initial dose can be 75 to 100 ug and than adjusted according to TSH report done every four month ....

For more guidance endocrinologist can be consulted. ..

Hope I have solved your concern ....

Take care ....
