I have hypothyroidism and hashimotos disease I m 218lbs and 5 3 so I m very overweight my Dr recomended having a complete thyroidectomy due to a large goider but I m scared of I have the surgery I ll gain even more weight fast. I m already struggling to get my weight under control and my tsh levels are in the 90s
