Suggest Treatment For High BP

Hi have HBP with average of 138/97. Taking Micardis but was just given another med to take with it. My pulse though has been high all the time. Just resting it s at 122. Just came home from work and sat for a bit and it s at 138. my PCM was a bit worried but said just keep monitoring it. I think it s too high?

Your pulse is high. Go for a cardiac evaluation from a Cardiologist.
For blood pressure, you are taking that water pill. its good for you, that he added another one. It will take BP lower.
Start a regular physical activity and it will help you with all the disease processes to come to a limit.
