General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
With one time measuring blood pressure can not give any clue about your blood pressure.
Go for regular blood pressure measuring for one week, once in the morning and once in the evening.
Keep record of BP.
If BP is continuously high then your doctor will decide the line of treatment.
You are advised at this age to go for,
1, EKG,
2, Lipid profile,
3, Blood sugar estimation.
Ok and take care.
