Suggest Treatment For High BP And Faster Heart Beats.
My heart beats hard and fast, I had a D.O.T. Physical in in October of 2011 and the systolic and diastolic was 139 over 105. The Doctor gave me a medical card for 1 year instead of the normal 2 said he wanted to see me in a year. I now have to take another with the company I am hiring on with and I still feel my BP is high. How can I lower this quickly to pass the test ? I really need this job my financial situation is grim and I will do whatever is necessary as far as lifesyle changes to feed my family.

as you are in financial problem and your question is about just to lower your blood pressure
get your blood pressure mesaured if irs still in same range start taking antihypertensive medicines
i would like to start you up with a calcium channel blocker amlodipine
and a at1 antagonist like telmisartan
doses of these drugs i cannot write in public forum
on the morning of the interview after taking these medicine measure your bp if upper(systolic) is abt 120mm of hg take 1 tablet of sorbitrate sublinguially ,it is aveno dilator and reduces the bp rapidly
start doing heavy exercises at least 45 min a day
substitute ghee butter with olive oil or saffola
