Suggest Treatment For Heroin Addict

Is there a clinic or physician that will prescribe suboxin for heroin addicts in the Fayette, Washington, or green county area? My son is 25 and just admitted to being a heroin addict and needs help but not willing to go to daily counseling sessions.
