Please type your query here...hi doctor i am 20 years old female..my mri report says there is straightening of usual lumbar lordotic spinal curve with large left paramedian posterior extruded disc at l4-5 level which has obliterated lateral spinal recess with likely compression of traversing left l5 nerve root therein.thecal sac containing cauda equina is also compressed by the herniated disc substance.right paramedian posterior protruded disc at l5-s1 level has compromised lateral neural canal.i am very scared and i feel like crying.do i need surgery
