Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids

I have been suffering with hemorrhoids since the birth of my oldest son 28 yrs ago. Lately they have been bleeding and VERY painful after using the bathroom. i have done everything nothing helps. I have to wear a pad because of clear blood smelling discharge. Please Help.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having inflamed internal hemorrhoids giving rise bleeding and pain.
As this is since long, it might require surgery.
Chronic blood loss might produce anemia.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid constipation, take light laxative daily at night.
Take plenty of water and more fiber containing food.
Ok and take care.
