Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids

Dear Sir,
I have 3rd dig hemorrhoids since last 10 yrs. on 2003 I did stapler therapy (name is not sure) but evenafter the treatment alternatively severe bleeding and pain has occurred. Now I have applying neo-healer twice a day. pls suggest me some medicine to get an immediate relief from pain and bleeding. Thanks

* Though primary relief with analgesic as tab. ibuprofen ( 400 ) mg 3 times
a day after meals , I strongly recommend to
- Get examined with a consultant surgeon for procto anoscopy
evaluation to decide the grade of current hemorrhoid and management
guidelines in accordance to that only .
