Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids And Soreness Around The Anus

shortly after straining for a bowel movement I notice some soreness in my right butt cheek near my anus. I have hemorroids but I don t believe that it is one. The area is tender to the touch and there is a lump under the skin, that hurts when I sit or got to stand up. Doesn t hurt too much when I have a bowel movement. I noticed today that it is somewhat swollen. What is this.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain a painful bump near the anus that is painful and cause difficulty in sitting or standing can be most probably a Personal abscess..
It can occur due to clogged glands in that area along with accumulation of bacteria that causes infection leading to pus formation and there is a pus filled bump know as an Abscess..
A confirmatory diagnosis can be done after consulting a Proctologist who can do a clinical evaluation and in case of Personal abscess he can advise you to take a course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller, topical application of antibiotic and steroid ointment..
You can also be advised cool compresses..
Keep the area dry and clean..
In case if the resolution is slow Incision and Drainage can help in faster resolution..
