Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhage In My Left Eye Causing Headache

I have been diagnosed by my ophthalmologist with a small hemorrhage in my left eye. It is only visible with a camera and is in the top left side of the left eye. I have a constant feeling of pressure on the eyeball and my optical prescription has changed. My axis for astigmatism has moved through 75 degrees in 3 months. My eye lid looks lower than on the right eye which seems just fine in all respects. I have a consistent but mild headache above my eye and down the left side of my face.

it is not clear that hemohrage are in cojuctiva or otherwise. if it is spontaneous bleeding then chronick cough, constipation, hyper tention should be ruled out. refraction should be done and if there is change then it should be accepted.
