General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to dysfunctional uterine bleeding, endometriosis, adenomyosis, pelvic inflammatory disease.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan, routine blood tests, ovarian follicle study.
Treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Birth control pill or progesterone pill with tranexamic acid will help to reduce the bleeding.
Ibuprofen will help to relieve the pain.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, do regular exercise and drink plenty of water
Hope this may help you
