Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the current scenario, I would ask you to see a specialist for proper clinical appraisal and plan further management. The cause of this heavy bleeding can range from hormone disturbance, fibroids in the uterus, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, general infections and use of certain medications etc. A sonogram of the pelvis and upper abdomen, blood counts and coagulation profile, hormone assays, physical examination and urinalysis are necessary to detect the cause and plan further treatment. You need styptics to arrest the bleeding and supplementary therapy to correct the deficiencies arising from the excessive bleeding. Hope this helps.
