Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding After Taking Provera

hi i took provera for 10 days and had a period some days after that. on the first day of my period i took althea pills. but now i am still heavy bleeding for 14 days now with blood clotting. is this normal? i have pcos. and both meda were prescribed by my doc. i also took several iron supplement during the time i felt very weak. please help me.

Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like , but in your case the bleeding is probably due to provera as its side effects . I would suggest you to consult your gynecologist without any delay , because it is recommend to contact doctor if a person have bleeding after taking provera , for proper examination and rule out other reasons . Doctor may alter the dose or prescribe substitute .
