Suggest Treatment For Heat Intolerance, Sleep Disorder And Fainting With High Estrogen Level And Pericardial Cyst

I had the tilt table test and passed out within 5 minutes I have heat intolerance, Sleep disorder having hard time getting to sleep and waking frequently and high estrogen levels. I also faint. Who do I see to get this under control. I also have a Paracardial liquid filled cyst that I had an ablsion done 3 month ago that was 5.3 cm. It is back and now 2.3 cm

From the history provided , you may have hyperthyroidism (excess work of thyroid gland).
The best is do investigations (TSH + FT4 + FT3)
If diagnosis is approved, many options of management is there including drugs,radiological ablation or surgery.
