I m. Getting head rush and feeling blood rushing from my body heart beat fast but Iv had checks done and nothing after I fainted in a shopping centre , I m not as vague after drinking protein shakes last couple of days has helped with diet, but I m still getting rush even laying down and dizzy , my blood pressure always on normal side when they check it , what els could it be

Given symptoms may not be due to any disease, but this could be due to some functional condition at the most chances of hypoglycemia nee to be ruled out, you have not mentioned your age and gender else something would have been thought, second for safe side better get done the CT of brain, hope this information helps, take care.
