Suggest Treatment For Heart Attack Inspite Of Having A A Muscle Pulled Away From The Bone

my nephew is 42 years old he had a heart attack this past July St. Vincent's Hospital put in 3 stents. Keith had another heart attack and went to st. Anne's Hospital. Keith was told it was a muscle pulled away from the bone. He continued to have pain and shortness of breath for several days. His color turned gray and his lips were purple the pain was severe. The ambulance took him to Medical College of Ohio. Keith was in a heart attack and the doctors replaced the stent that leads directly into the heart St. Vincent's put in. Saturday night while still hospitalized at MCO Keith suffered another heart attack. The doctor's tried to replace that same stent they put in because it is completely blocked. The doctor's were unable to replace it, I do not know why, but Keith has continued to have more heart attacks. He is on a ventalator and sedated. Our family was told his heart needs to heal and he can live with that artery blocked. I know this is not true. Please confirm? I know the heart pumps 3,000 gal of blood a day and a blocked artery will cause heart attack or congestive heart failure. "Please help me if I am incorrect" I feel my nephew should go to one of our better Hospitals. Thanking you in advance for your help. Signed: Worried Sick

with this much of data it is difficult to guide you exactly ,as some history of replacing stent is difficult to understand.but what seems likely is that he has significant blocks in mulitple vessels and so he is getting recurrent events.and at present he should be in cardiac failure requiring ventilatory support.
i feel wait for recovery from failure and then depending upon his status of cardiac function he may be advised bypass(less likely at this stage)
