Here for your condition physical examination is necessary along with some basic investigation like CBC, CRP, PS examination etc... It could be viral infection also in which such symptoms appear Chikungunya can present with joint pain and fever if present and for that serological testing helpful If typhoid confirmed than according to culture report further medication given If needed blood culture can be done... So take rest and consult physician for examination and further work up
