Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Pain In The Neck

I am a 60 year old male and was hit by a car while riding my bike3 days ago I spend2 days in the hospital and I have been suffering from head aches and bad neck pain as well as trouble speaking without sluring my words I also have only slept about 4 hours in the last 3 days I was thinking about going to a different hospital tomorrow and bring the paperwork from the tests that done in the first hospital along with me or do you have another suggestion??

Hi, I think you need an immediate CT scan if not done already in the first hospital--the earlier the better. Regards
