Suggest Treatment For Headaches And High TSH Levels

i had my thyroid totally removed 3 months ago, due to multiple large nodules and difficulty swallowing. I was put on Levothyroxine 150mcg. After a TSH level of 11.9 he upped it to 200mcg. Said it was an awfully high dose. I m always tired, headaches, grouchy, and i;ve gained 21lbs since surgery. I just want to feel better. My T4 was 1.11.

I would suggest you to take 200mcg levothyroxine and go for TSH levels after few weeks. I would aim a TSH level of around 4 for my patients.
Weight gain, weakness and fatigue that you are experiencing is a sign of thyroid hormone deficiency. So taking levothyroxine would be the best way. Hope the above information helps.
