Thank you for choosing HCM

Based on the description that you have given, it seems that you have a migraine. A migraine is a type of recurrent headache. A migraine starts because of trigger factors. Examples of trigger factors are:
Cold
Fevers
Weather changes
Certain foods

Identifying and avoiding the trigger factors can help you prevent the migraines. Also, along with the migraine, you can have aura symptoms which are additional symptoms like dizziness or vomiting. Also, the headaches can cause issues like nightmares in some cases.

The bruising is possibly an allergy along with the headache but may not be associated with the headache. Here are a few things that can help you:
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache (Do not take the Paracetamol if you are allergic to any medication)

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
