Suggest Treatment For Headache

For the past two days I get massive headaches while poopingin the early morning. I'm not straining hard at all but with the first push come the intense throbbing in the front of my skull. I take excedrin and lay down and it subsides in about 45 min.

Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your head aches.

Because of too much sleep the brain gets too little blood and because of low blood flow to Brain there is oxygen deficiency and transient ischemia to Brain.

When you suddenly get up or start exercise blood pressure increase causes much blood flow to Brain and the pulsation and pain is felt by patients.

You need to get from your bed slowly and keep awake on bed for some time.

You can also visit a general physician and start a course of prophylaxis for migraine.

Hope my answer will help you and you can write back to me if you have any further queries.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray
