Dear sir, My wife us suffering from a head pain near laft ear zone and also she is loosing balance while walking , evenning time the imbalance and pain is more. We went through little heavy emotion cycle and very much sensetive by nature Woudl please guide me whom should be consulted and how critical is this kind of symptoms

Pain near Ear zone with loss of balance points towards an Infection in Ear which might be either confined to Inner ear or might be spreading to Brain .
I advise you consult a ENT doctor first and only if he says you need to consult a Neurologist.

HI Well come to HCM This could be due to vestibular dysfunction and infection may be the cause and this can be treated if confirmed, as you said that this is some emotional disturbances then this could be the cause, and for this you have to be practical and positive, keep your moral high and support her in this regard, she must be in need of some moral support, you may consult the ENT surgeon for further assistance, tale care.
