General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome,
Head injury do calls in for an alarm., but since all your vitals are normal and you are fully conscious i suppose the injury is only external. Do take care of your external skin breaching injuries. If you have a companion you can sleep under his supervision. If still you are quite troubled do visit a doctor for proper examination to be carried out.
