Suggest Treatment For Headache

Earlier today, I was walking to the subway when I suddenly felt very strange and like I was going to pass out. I leaned against a wall and regained some strength, but when I started walking, it felt like I was floating or like I wasn't actually in my body. My muscles were also very weak. Once these symptoms started to subside, I gained a terrible headache and a feeling of de ja vu. My headache still has not gone away. When I looked it up online, it said that these were symptoms of a simple partial seizure. Is this possible? I've been feeling de ja vu quite often and I would like to know if I should go to a hospital.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi...welcome to hcm...
It could be an episode of seizure but since you are having headache from that time onwards, I believe you are more likely to suffer from migraine. It is better to go to an hospital since then a more detailed history can be taken and clinical examination can be done to arrive at an diagnosis.
