Suggest Treatment For Headache While Experiencing Severe Tooth Pain

I have developed a tooth pain that has actually begun to spread throughout the entire ride side of my mouth, making every tooth on that side extremely sensitive. So sensitive that even breathing in can hurt each tooth. This pain also lead into my right ear as well as giving me a major headache in the process. I'm not sure if the inconsistent use of my retainers is a problem or possibly an infection in my gums. or maybe its just a normal tooth ache.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain if you have pain in a single tooth that is spreading to entire side along with headache seems to be due to deep decay in tooth and it seems to have reached the nerves causing nerve irritation leading to pain..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

In case if tooth can be saved Root Canal Treatment is advised..
In case if the tooth has grossly decayed extraction is advised..
