Hello,
Thank you for the query. Welcome to healthcare magic.

Migraine during pregnancy can become more stronger and more frequent than before.
It is due to increased amount of hormones in the body during pregnancy. It is not a cause of worry.
However the headache can be problematic

Here are few things that can be tried to avoid getting the headaches
-avoid chocolate, coffee,cheese
-avoid stress
-Keep a track what is a trigerring factor for you and avoid it

Home remedies that can be tried for headache are
-Applying cold towel to area of pain
-taking a cold shower
-relaxation techniques like meditation

Paracetamol(if not allergic) is safe during pregnancy and can be used for the headaches as per needed

Avoid Ibuprofen for pain while pregnant as it is harmful to the baby.

Sleeping on the left side is most comfortable and advised position during pregnancy. It helps to ensure adequate blood flow to the baby.

If the headache is associated with fever, vision changes, abdominal pain, excessive vomiting, swelling on the feet/around eyes immediately consult your doctor.

Hope I could help you
please feel free to address any more concerns
Regards
Dr.Lekshmi
