Suggest Treatment For Headache , Dizziness And Nausea

My 18 year old daughter hit the back of her head really hard when getting up from her desk. It s in the spot on the back of your head where the hard part turns soft and meets your neck. Anyway, besides obvious pain and dizziness, she got a full on bloody nose. There was no contact with her nose and she s very rarely has had them. She s still got a headache 12 hours after & some nausea. Any idea of why she had a bloody nose and should we be concerned? Should she see the doctor, as this is probably a concussion? Thank you.
