Suggest Treatment For Headache , Dizziness And Fatigue

I have been having bad headaches , really dizzy lots of fatigue and everything go s black when I stand up my body gets heavy and I m really dizzy I bruise very easy am always tired what could it be this has been going on for at least 4 months and now it s worse

Hi welcome to HCM...

Here your symptoms should not be neglected. ...

First of all anemia should be ruled out by ...
1.HB estimation
2.PS examination

If iron deficiency anemia present than treated with orofer tablet...
If PS shows macrocytes than b12 level should be checked. ...

Also get checked hypothyroid if suspected by tsh and t4 estimation...

Your blood pressure also has to be checked ....
Otological and neurological examination also needs to be done for work up...

Avoid precipitating headache factors like ...
-lack of sleep
-hypoglycemia
-irregular meal
-dehydration etc...

If needed CT scan can be done

According to cause treatment guided .

Advise : physician consultation for examination
