Hi thanks for contacting HCM.... If diagnosis not clear by physician than you can contact neurophysician for that .... Your neurological examination with reflex has to be checked. Before that check your blood pressure and ear examination done to rule out labyrinthitis like causes. .. If it is there antihistaminic drug needed for that.... If cause not clear after examination and basic investigation than investigate with CT scan like higher investigation ...for rule out neurological causes ..... Avoid smoking, alcohol and stress .... If unilateral headache , throbbing nature present along with intolerance to loud noise and bright light than migraine also can be the cause. ... Take care ....
