Suggest Treatment For Headache , Cough , Diarrhea And Excessive Sweating

I have a fever(not sure the temp as I don t have a thermometer), coughing, headache, body exhaustion, gas, diarrhea, exsesive full body sweating, and probably dehydration(that im trying hard to drink fluids for). i went to the doctor 3 days ago, and he thought i had bronchitis, and proscribed Azithromycin. i have one more pill left for tomorrow, but i would have thought that I should have started feeling better by now not worse. Started throwing up, and now I have muscle weakness. What should i do?

Hi thanks for asking question.

On first impression it seems to be generalised viral infection.CBC will be useful.if lymphocytosis then mostly viral will be cause.Chest x ray done for rule out bronchitis or any consolidation.
This could be stomach flu also.
Meanwhile symptomatic treatment done like decongestant and antihistaminic for congestive symptoms.
Domperidone for vommitting.

Do you have hyperthyroidism?? As thyrotoxicosis can lead such symptoms.Thyroid profile done for it.

If you suffer from fever then PS for malarial parasite and widal for typhoid done.

Meanwhile for few days avoid excess spicy and fatty food.
Fruits more.
Green leafy salad taken more.

Take care.

If still condition worsen then further work up will be done according to physical examination and detailed history.
