Suggest Treatment For Headache, Burping And Vomiting

hi,i feel severe headache regularly.At that tym i need to eat more as i always feel hungry,then burp and lastly after vomitting i get some relief.I used to take nimulid for pain relief but now i avoid taking it.can u tell me the reason and of course the treatment.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your short history of severe headache regularly, feel hungry and eat more, burp and then vomit which gives some relief. Used to take Nimulid.
This short history is suggestive that you have most probably a migraine or sort of a vascular headache.
But it is mandatory to rule out any intra-cranial pathology like tumor, aneurysm, inflammation, EEG so that any problem can be confirmed to have further treatment or rule out and carry on the treatment on the lines of migraine.
Th feeling hungry, burping and lastly vomiting relieving headache is indicative of the same. But the most proper treatment needs the most proper diagnosis.
