ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You should visit an ENT specialist if you have not visited one. A thorough evaluation would be needed including a diagnostic nasal endoscopy - using a small tube into your nose.

Meanwhile, do not blow your nose constantly as it can worsen the problem. Take steam inhalations till you get an appointment with an ENT.
