Hi,

As per your complain you have problem of headache and dizziness that may be because of dehydration problem. Low blood sugar level and lack of energetic food lead to weakness also. Do a complete blood cell count and microscopic examination. If you feel change in colour of urine than do a urine test to detect any infection present or not. Consult a physician for further diagnosis. Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rachana Goswami
