Suggest Treatment For Headache And Dizziness

I've had dizziness when I laid down, and turned my head to the side, I've had headaches for five days which migraine medicine has helped , and for the last three hours flashing light when I turn my head to the right side even with my eyes closed. And my vision is a little blurry.

Hi,
Headache associated with dizziness, photophobia or nasea is considered as migraine.
You have symptoms like migraine and the drugs has also relieved symptoms of it as stated by you.
You should take drugs which helpes in migraine like ergotamine,sumatriptan,opioid analgesics or NSAIDs( acetoaminophen),beta blovkers
( metoprolol) with metoclopramide and cinnarizine,betahistine etc.
Consult neurophysician for further advise.
