Suggest Treatment For Headache And Dizziness Along With Fluctuating BP

My BP was 148/81 with a bad headache, dizziness and an occasional racing heartbeat no other symptoms. About 30 minutes to 1 hour later my BP went down to 128/78 no headache, dizziness or racing heartbeat. It seems to be fluctuating throughout the day and as it increases I end up with the headache for sure and then occasionally the dizziness and racing heartbeat. Should I be concerned or just wait and see if it continues or worsens?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that headache, dizziness and palpitations are indicators of an underlying cardiac disorder. You should get your BP monitored for one week and maintain a chart. I would advise you to get an EKG done to detect any cardiac problem. I hope that answers your question. if you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
