Suggest Treatment For Head Pain And Dizziness
I am a 39yo suffering from left sided head pain & dizzines. I had vertigo 2 weeks ago, but the pain in my head has not went away. Along with the pain i have twitching in my left eye. It takes me a good 4 hours to become engaging in my morning routine.I had an MRI yesterday, but have not heard any results.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that this could be nonspecific type of headache and nothing would come up in MRI, emotional stress may be the reason for this, try to keep the stress level low then every thing would be fine soon, take care.
