Suggest Treatment For Head Injury

The other day, I fell & hit my head on my right ear. This resulted in swelling of my jaw & side of my face as well as bleeding from my right ear & I seem to have lost hearing in that ear. Is this a perforated tympanic membrane? If so, what should I do?
