The other day, I fell & hit my head on my right ear. This resulted in swelling of my jaw & side of my face as well as bleeding from my right ear & I seem to have lost hearing in that ear. Is this a perforated tympanic membrane? If so, what should I do?
HI Well come to HCM As long as the head injury is concern this need to be investigated and the best option is CT head this is not the perforation of tympanic membrane but could be some internal injury edema may the reason for this and this would come around still consult the neurologist, take care.
