Suggest Treatment For Head Injury

Hi. About a week and a half ago, I hit my head very hard. I didn't pass out, but I felt dizzy it hurt quite bad. Two days later, I started getting very sharp pains in the exact spot I hit my head, and then I started getting dizzy and nauseous--still, I didn't pass out or throw up, so I didn't go into the doctor. Next, I started having intense pressure in my head, like that of a sinus infection, only I didn't have any other symptoms of a sinus infection; just the head pressure and pain. Today I woke up with my nose congested and a sore throat from mucus running down it. Do I need to be worried? Should I go to the doctor? The last time I had a concussion and I passed out, they didn't do a scan and told me just to rest and take pain meds.
