Hi, my baby bumped her head yesterday, cried a bit, but played well through the rest of the day. and was bit trouble getting her to sleep at the night. but that was the first night stop giving her dummy. this might be why.

next morning she woke up as usual and had breaky(had more than usual) and 1 hour later throw up a bit(tiny bits of bananan she had for breaky). still really worried about the bump and vomit, should i go to emergency???

she plays well but more fussiness than usual when taking nap without dummy.

You should continue simply to observe you baby. If she continues to vomit or seems excessively drowsy then I would seek medical attention.
Best wishes
