Suggest Treatment For Hashimotos Thyroiditis

I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis. The only medication that works for me is Armour Thyroid. We've tried all other medications including combination of T4 and T3 synthetics. My problem is that the only way I can function is if my TSH score is .02 which is not even close to the normal range. If I go in the hospital for any reason, the first thing they do is cut my thyroid medication in half making me sicker. They say that what I am telling me about the .02 is not possible and they don't believe me. Have you have heard of anyone having this problem?

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
I read carefully your concerns and understood your
query.
There are many patients diagnosed with hypothyroidism and still have symptoms after the normalisation of the TSH level.
Keeping TSH lower than normal ranges raises the risk for osteoporosis and cardiac arythmia.
For this reason is not recommended to keep higher doses of Armour or levothyroxine.
