Suggest Treatment For Hard Testicles Due To Injury

My husband slipped out of his work truck and injured his man part. This happened on Wednesday (04/16) and my husband was swollen for a few days. The swelling has since went down after applying ice, however, one of his scrotum or testicles is hard. Unfortunately, my husband does not have health insurance, because it s too costly (even with the affordable act). Can you please give us some advise on what might be going on?? Thanks

This is due to hematoma formation most likely, so no need to worry about, it will resolve on its own in next 4-6 weeks. Give him scrotal support and pain killer medication.......tc care.
