Suggest Treatment For Hard Lump In Groin Area

Hi this is kind of embarrassing. I have a hard lump on the inside of my thigh on the bikini line and i dont know exactly what it is. It doesnt seem like a ingrown hair. Its been there for a week. Today it had some clear fluid come out of it after a shower

Understanding your concern. As per your query you want to know about treatment for hard lump in groin area. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like mononucleosis , hernia , some sexually transmitted infections or saphena varix . I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically to check tenderness and consistency . Doctor may also order blood test or take sample for lab test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also remove it surgically under local anesthesia . For now apply warm compresses , keep the area clean dry and do not touch it again and again .
