Hi i hit/punched a wall a couple of months ago and i got like a small hard bump in line with my little finger on my right hand, i went to the gp to get it checked out and she said it was fine and it would go away, well the lump never went but thought nothing of it because it no longer hurt but i banged it today and the lump has started hurting again and it seems to have grown , can you help?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion:- The most possible cause of such swelling could be due to fracture because even hair line fracture could cause such selling.
Medication:- On tentative basis "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release can be tried.
Advise:- X-ray test
Comments:- If this is malunion of fracture then nothing much can be done, orthopedic opinion is must.
I find this answer helpful
