Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss And Dryness

Doct i have been using amexidil past 12 monts along with it i'm using nizal shampoo 4 dandruff n itchy scalp,i have stopped using oil.Ihave chemically treated my hair n the result is that my hair has turned dry n rough.

i 'm still having hair fall,dandruff n .pls let me know what to do n can i use hair oil.

Hi,

It seems that you may be having seborrheic dermatitis with androgenetic alopecia. First, you should take treatment of seborrheic dermatitis. You consult dermatologist for perfect treatment. He might advise you to apply mild steroid lotion on scalp daily at night. And to do shampoo daily with the shampoo containing ketoconazole with salicylic acid..like salisia KT shampoo. Take antifungal like fluconazole 150 mg twice a week for one month. Avoid stress and worries. After clearance of SD, you may take finesteride 1 mg daily with biotin 10 mg like Tab biot forte daily at night. Minoxidil 10% solution may be applied twice a day. Continue the same shampoo. I am sure that you might get good result. I hope you got my answer.
